FEMA Disaster Recovery Center Located in Civic Center Lobby

The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is open in the lobby of the Civic Center located at 346 Civic Center Blvd., Houma, LA 70360. The DRC's hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 

The DRC may be able to help you: 

• Apply for assistance. You may also apply for FEMA assistance online at disasterassistance.gov or call 1-800-621-3362 to apply/check your status by phone.
• Learn more about disaster assistance programs.
• Learn the status of your FEMA application.
• Understand any letters you get from FEMA.
• Find housing and rental assistance information. 
• Get answers to questions or resolve problems. 
• Get referrals to agencies that may offer other assistance.
• Learn about Small Business Administration (SBA) programs.
