Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Survey Open for Hurricanes Laura & Delta

The Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program survey is now open for homeowners who sustained major/severe damage from Hurricanes Laura and Delta as determined by FEMA.
Completing a survey is the first step in registering for program assistance when funding becomes available.
The survey can be completed on any mobile device or computer by visiting restore.la.gov. If you need assistance in completing the survey, please call 866-735-2001 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
